Hello! I'm sure you've all heard the phrase "Fake it 'till you make it" in relation to being confident in yourself, right? Today I want to talk about what to do when you 'make it' and why self love never has been and never will be a bad thing.

Hello! #GirlBoss by Sophia Amoruso, founder & CEO of Nasty Gal, had been on my reading list for so long and I'm slightly annoyed at myself for not reading it sooner. Without sounding too cliché, this book has really changed my outlook on a lot of aspects in my life and today I wanted to share with you a few of the things that really stood out to me!

One thing I love about summer is wearing bright colourful nail polish, as during the winter months I tend to stick to darker or more neutral colours. Today I wanted to share with you my favourite colours this summer and recommend some of my most loved polishes.

Recently on Pinterest, I've become slightly obsessed with bathrooms. I know, quite an abstract thing to be obsessed with but there's something to pretty about pristine bathrooms with big white bathtubs. This is the second post in the 'Interior Inspiration' series, if you missed the first one you can read it here! Also, if you want to follow me on Pinterest, you can do that here.

Pinterest is fast becoming one of my most visited sites, I could spend hours on there scrolling through endless hairstyles, decor ideas or even healthy recipes. Thanks to pinterest I've developed a rather unhealthy obsession with white floorboards, and I plan on having them in every room (or most rooms) in my future home!
If you asked a hundred people, 'What is the key to happiness?', you'd probably get a hundred different answers. That's purely down to the fact that each of us is different and have different ways of being happy. Let's face it, there's not one thing in this world that will make you totally happy on its own. There are lots of little factors that combine to bring happiness, such as a sunny day or a hug or catching up with a friend. I haven't always been the most happy person at times, it used to be very hard for me to find even one positive thing in a day. But I've pulled myself out of that and today I wanted to talk about my key(s) to happiness and what I've learnt about happiness over the years.

If I'm honest, I'm not a huge fan of 'New Year's Resolutions'. I never stick to them and January is a month when I want to relax and hibernate, not torture myself by completely cutting out chocolate or running five miles a day.
That being said I do make goals for the year. I don't set deadlines and if I don't accomplish them by 2016 then it's not the end of the world. I find that with this more relaxed approach in trying to better myself, I actually achieve more. Below are my goals and hopes for 2015!
