New In: Beauty #3

12.1.17

Hello, I can't believe I haven't done one of these New In: Beauty posts since August! Lately there's been a lot of beauty products that I've tried for the first time and loved so today I want to share them with you all.

Beauty
I don't really try loads of new make-up very often, I tend to always stick to what I know and love, but these four products have become products I use daily which is really saying something. First up is two products from Benefit, their Porefessional primer and their Gimme Brow brow gel. The primer gives the perfect, smooth base for my foundation and the brow gel not only holds my brows in place, but on days I'm feeling lazy and don't want to use a brow pencil, it also fills in any gaps I have in my brows really well too!

I've mentioned the Better Than Sex mascara from Too Faced before (here) and I get asked all the time what mascara I use and this it is. It's absolutely amazing for giving volume and length and it doesn't flake off during the day like some other mascaras do. As for lip products, Cailyn's Extreme Matte Tint in shade 31 Hospitable has been one of my go-to products over the last month, it's really comfy to wear and lasts a lot longer than some other matte liquid lipsticks I've used. Finally is Catrice's Deluxe Glow Highlighter the highlighter palette that everyone needs, it's really inexpensive (under €5) and gives the most gorgeous glow to the face. I'm a huge fan of Catrice's products and this is definitely one I'd recommend picking up.

Skincare
If you follow me on Snapchat (username: penneystoprada), you'll have seen me use Pestle & Mortar's new double cleansing system, Erase & Renew. Now, I'm not over exaggerating when I say that these two cleansers have changed my skin completely. Before I started using this system, my skin was dry and dehyrdated, and applying foundation was a nightmare because it would just cling to all the dry patches. Now my skin is smooth, like really smooth and I couldn't recommend this system enough.

To go along with the cleansing system, I picked up the Nip+Fab Glycolic Scrub, which is fantastic for scrubbing away any stubborn dry skin, but as I have sensitive skin, I only use this a few times a week. I've also been loving La Roche-Posay's Toleriane Riche Soothing Protectant Cream for using as my day time moisturiser, it sinks into the skin really fast and doesn't irritate it at all but still gives enough hydration to the skin.

Hair
I couldn't write this post without mentioning these two products from the brand Hask, the can be bought in Penneys. I picked these two products up whilst in the new Penneys Liffey Valley, as they were sulfate free and perfect for my hair extensions. They've fast become my most favourite hair products and the mask is 100% a hair necessity and it's only €2.50!

What beauty products have you been loving lately? Are any of your favourites featured in this post? Let me know in the comments, and thanks so much for reading!
