My Favourite Smoothie Recipes With Alpro


Hello! I'm not much of a breakfast person, most mornings I go to college without eating anything which I know isn't the healthiest of habits. If I am going to have breakfast, I usually make a smoothie with my Nutribullet as they're one of my favourite things to eat. Alpro recently got in contact with me to ask if I'd like to be part of their 'Make Over Your Morning' campaign and as I love Alpro's products, I said I'd love to! Today I want to share with you some of my favourite smoothie recipes, I hope you enjoy!

First up is the 'Green Smoothie', sometimes these can look a little off-putting but just because it's the same colour as Shrek doesn't mean it isn't delicious! I love putting kale or spinach in my smoothies along with fruit as it's a great way to get all of those amazing nutrients in without it tasting too bad.

This berry smoothie is definitely my favourite and my 'most made' smoothie. Sometimes I like to change things up and add extra ingredients in like a mango or some melon, so feel free to try different things for this recipe. I always use the Alpro Plain Yogurt with Coconut in this smoothie as it gives it a lovely coconut flavour and a slight tropical feel! 

This banana and peanut butter smoothie is almost like a desert, it's so yummy! It could actually be called a milkshake rather than a smoothie, but isn't of cows milk, I like to use Alpro's Almond milk. If you wanted you could also add in some hot chocolate powder, or an Oreo or two to really make it a delicious treat!

As well as adding Alpro's yogurts and into my smoothies, I also love having them with some granola and fruit. It's such an easy way to have a healthy breakfast when you don't have a lot of time in the mornings. Are you a fan of Alpro and their delicious soya products?
